Social Media Management

We run your social presence end to end: the strategy, the content calendar, the design and the copy, the scheduling, and the replies to people who comment. That covers Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X. Each post is cut for the platform it goes on, because the same asset cross-posted five times performs badly on at least four of them.

Scope

What'sincluded

Everything below is in the standard engagement. Anything outside it is agreed in writing before the work starts, never after.

  • A platform strategy and a monthly content calendar, agreed before anything is made
  • Graphic design, short-form video editing and caption copywriting
  • Scheduling and publishing on every active platform
  • Community management: comments, direct messages and mentions answered daily
  • Hashtag, trend and competitor monitoring
  • A monthly report on reach, engagement, follower growth and link clicks

Who this is for

Built for three situations

  • Brands with no in-house team
  • Businesses posting inconsistently
  • Companies entering new platforms

Platforms

Where thisactually happens

Every platform below is written for separately. Which of them you should be on is a decision we make with you in the audit, and for most businesses the honest answer is fewer than this list.

  • Instagram

    Reels, carousels, stories

Reels cut vertically and natively, carousels built to be swiped to the last card, and stories used for the things a feed post would flatten: polls, questions and behind-the-desk footage.

  • Facebook

    Feed, groups, events

Still where the widest Pakistani audience is, and still the platform most brands treat as an Instagram mirror. We write it separately, because longer captions and links work here and die on Instagram.

  • LinkedIn

    Text posts, documents, articles

Posted from the founder as well as the company page, because a person outreaches a logo on this platform every time. Documents and text posts over links, since an off-platform link costs reach.

  • X

    Posts, threads, replies

Short posts and the occasional thread, plus replies in the conversations your market is already having. This is a listening and positioning channel more than a broadcast one.

  • TikTok

    Short-form video

Shot and edited for the platform: hook in the first second, on-screen captions, trending audio only when it fits. Never a Reel with the watermark on it, which the algorithm demotes.

  • YouTube

    Shorts and long-form

Shorts cut from the same shoot as your Reels but re-edited for a different feed, and long-form set up properly: titles, thumbnails, chapters and descriptions written to be searched.

  • Threads

    Short text, replies

Cheap to run because it is text and it shares an identity with Instagram, and it is one of the few feeds still handing meaningful reach to accounts under 10,000 followers.

  • Pinterest

    Idea pins, boards

A search engine wearing a feed, and a real referral channel for retail, food, interiors, fashion and weddings. Pins are keyworded and boards structured so they keep working months later.

  • Reddit

    Answers, AMAs

Answers inside the subreddits your buyers already read, from a disclosed account, under each subreddit’s own rules. A campaign posted here gets the account banned and sometimes the domain blocked.

  • Quora

    Answers

Written against the questions that already rank in Google for your category, so one answer keeps earning traffic long after it is posted. Slow, cumulative, and frequently ahead of your own site.

Process

How thisactually runs

  1. Audit and strategy

We review your accounts, your audience and your competitors, then agree which platforms are worth the effort and which are a distraction.

  2. Content system

Visual direction, content themes and posting cadence set, with the first month’s calendar signed off before anything publishes.

  3. Produce and publish

Content designed, written, scheduled and published to the agreed cadence, with community management running every day.

  4. Review

A monthly review against the month before, and the next calendar shaped by what performed rather than by what was planned.

Deliverables

What you end up holding

  • An approved monthly content calendar
  • All designed graphics and edited video assets, source files included
  • Published posts across every agreed platform
  • Monthly performance report with commentary and next actions

Questions

AboutSocial Media Management

  • How is this different from Presence Management?

This runs the platforms you have already decided to be on. You name the three or four that matter, we produce the content, publish it and answer the comments. Presence Management takes custody of everything else too: the accounts nobody remembers making, the ones somebody else made in your name, the Reddit and Quora threads shaping your reputation with people who have not reached your site yet, and the Google Business Profile that answers a search before your homepage does. If you can already list every account that exists in your name, this is the service you want.

  • How many posts per month?

It depends on the platform, but volume is the wrong question. Every major platform now ranks on engagement per post, so twelve good posts beat thirty filler ones and a weak post actively costs you distribution on the next one. We put a specific number in your scope so there is no ambiguity about what you are paying for.

  • Do you shoot photos and video?

Graphic design and video editing are standard. Original photo and video shoots are scoped separately, because they bring in crew, location and travel costs that have nothing to do with a monthly retainer. Plenty of clients send us raw footage and we handle everything after that.

  • Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do. Accounts stay registered to you and we work with delegated access. All source files, including layered designs and video projects, are yours and handed over on request.
